Quick Quote - Provision of 5 off 550V DC Switching Panels - Awarded

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide 550V DC Switching Panels to the Department of Infrastructure to be carried out between 21st April 2026 and 15th May 2026.<br /><br />This package is to supply 5 of 550V DC switching panels. Consisting of;<br /><br />• Wall mounted non-conductive enclosure, H600 W400 D230 or similar<br />• 250A 3 pole DC motorised MCCB, Schneider Electric equipment. <br />• Emergency stop push button, accessible from the outside of the enclosure<br />• 240Vac 20A SPN MCB (Motorised MCCB Controls), Schneider Electric equipment.<br />• Any labelling and signage required <br />• Panel Wiring<br />• Test Certificate<br /><br />As the MER already has similar control systems it would be preferred that the switching station contains Schneider Electric equipment to keep our spares requirement to a minimum.<br /><br />A plastic cover must be fitted to the enclosures. This cover must only allow access to the head of the motorised breaker to permit manual operation of the breaker. All energised terminations must not be accessible without removing the plastic cover by means of a screw or similar. <br /><br />The internal wiring of the switching station must also have provision for the installation of remote emergency stop(s) within the confines of the shed should they be required.<br />Switching arrangements must allow for the DC supply to the OHLE to be physically “locked off” when associated circuits are to be worked on and a supply on Indicator lamp must be installed.<br /><br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Quick Quote - Supply of 550v DC Switching Panel<br />- Diagram of switching panel enclosure and wiring<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 8th May and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 15th May and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
