Provision of Highway Congestion Data

Tender description

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) is seeking to procure a granular highways congestion dataset across the major and minor road network in West Yorkshire to support evidence-based investment and planning. There is existing dataset, but it is more appropriate for monitoring long-term traffic patterns. It therefore does not allow the assessment of short-term traffic patterns at a granular scale. Lot 119182: Provision of Highway Congestion Data The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking to procure a dataset that provides granular insight into historical congestion trends along the highway network in West Yorkshire.
