Tender description

South Oxfordshire District Council and Vale of White Horse District Council (The Councils) are seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to deliver Lightning Protection Testing (405 items), Portable Appliance Testing (2,281 items), Fixed Wire Installation Testing (272 items), Solar Panel Maintenance (90 Panels), Electrical Remedials and Improvements across Development and Corporate Landlord (DCL) Managed Properties for a period of 2 years. Due to the Bank Holiday we will be offering an additional opportunity for prospective bidders to undertake an optional site visit to Abbey House, Abbey Close Abingdon OX14 3JE  on Friday 8 May 2026 between 10am and 12 Noon. To request an optional site visit, please email Facilities@southandvale.gov.uk, the message must include names, contact details, and a minimum of one proposed time when you are available within the site visit window.
