Tender description
Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) for commercial heat pump solutions for the decarbonisation of Clonmel Civic Offices, Tipperary County Council. This engagement is intended to inform the design, procurement, and delivery of a heat pump retrofit project under the SEAI Pathfinder Programme. The consultation will also support the development of similar decarbonisation projects across multiple Local Authority buildings in the South East region.
