Tender description

Homes England is currently seeking to appoint a competent Supplier for the provision of landscape maintenance and cleansing services for 11 sites in the Redditch Area. This contract is envisaged to have a initial term of 24 months, with provision for a further 12 month extension subject to satisfactory performance and on written instruction of Homes England.
