NHS Derby & Derbyshire Integrated Care Board referred to as the Commissioner) awarded a contract to Newhall Surgery for the provision of Care and management of adult patients with Gender Dysphoria / Gender Incongruence in Primary Care within Derby & Derbyshire from 01st October 2025. Lot 1: This is an Intention to Award Notice to award using the Most Suitable Provider Process to Newhall Surgery for the Care and management of adult patients with Gender Dysphoria / Gender Incongruence in Primary Care within Derby & Derbyshire from 01st October 2025.<br/><br/>The service is a pilot, and the initial contract is for 5 years with a 6 month notice period included with effect from 01st October 2025. Annual contract value is £46,795.64. Total contract value over 5 years £233,975.00.<br/><br/>This is a new service and Newhall Surgery are a new provider for the Care and management of adult patients with Gender Dysphoria / Gender Incongruence in Primary Care.
