Tender description

The Supplier will provide e‑cigarettes and associated products through a voucher scheme, including e‑liquids, customer support for End Users, and training for Local Stop Smoking Service Advisors. The contract enables the Council to offer eligible residents access to these products at no cost via the Supplier’s voucher platform. This is a demand‑led arrangement with no guaranteed spend, and contract value is dependent on government funding. Local Stop Smoking Service Advisors are Council employees or authorised representatives who deliver behavioural support and cessation guidance to service users.
