Provision of Meal Vouchers Scheme (DWP funded)

Tender description

The Meal Vouchers scheme is for School Holiday Meal Vouchers (children in government funded Hillingdon schools and children aged 5 and under, based on household benefit eligibility and Food Vouchers (Time limited vouchers to help low income households purchase essential food and goods from major supermarkets and high street retailers. The scheme is fully funded by the DWP and the contract will support the delivery of DWP-led workstreams (currently the Household Support Grant. The appointment was made via a Direct Award (CCS Framework RM6248 - Payment Solutions 2) follwing a completion of a desktop evaluation by applying the Framework assessment criterion against historical expenditure/ voucher type.
