Prior Information Notice - Taxi Service for Manx Care<br /><br />MANX CARE (a Statutory Board of the Isle of Man Government) wishes to explore the market, to identify interest from experienced contractors to provide a Taxi service for Manx Care. <br /><br />Manx Care intends to procure a single or multi-supplier taxi service to support the delivery of healthcare services across the Isle of Man. The contract will cover transport requirements <br />for: <br />• Patients (non-emergency transport) where ambulance transport is not clinically <br />required, including wheelchair users; <br />• Staff transport for essential Manx Care business, including inter-site and out-of-hours <br />travel where authorised; <br />• Light goods and courier services, including confidential records, pathology specimens, <br />medicines, and small medical devices, handled in line with sender instructions and <br />governance requirements. <br /><br />The service must be delivered in a safe, reliable, professional and confidential manner, supporting vulnerable service users and critical healthcare operations.<br /><br />For Further Information click `View Synopsis`.<br /><br />Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to "Express Interest".<br /><br />****PLEASE NOTE - Once you have clicked on `Express Interest` you will receive an email to advise that `Tender Documents have been published to the portal` and a `PIN Documents` tab will appear. This tab will provide you with any additional information documents. In order to respond to this stage of the process you will need to `Opt-In` and complete the `Form of Acknowledgment (PIN)` questionnaire, upload your PIN Response document and click `Submit Return` before the Expression of Interest deadline as detailed below.****<br /><br />When the PIN documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the `My Tenders` area of this website and selecting the `View Details` button on this project and selecting the `PIN Documents` tab.<br /><br />PIN Responses will only be accepted until 12 NOON 30th April 2026 - EXTENDED TO 12 NOON 7th May<br /><br />Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns WILL NOT be permitted.<br /><br />Any questions relating to this tender should be made via correspondence on the website and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above.<br />
