Tender description
Lot 1: The NAO sought to transform how it undertakes financial audits by procuring a flexible case management technology solution capable of supporting dynamic workflows, robust content management, effective collaboration, data‐led audit capability, and seamless integration with existing NAO systems. To achieve this, NAO launched a Competitive Dialogue procurement exercise in 2020, resulting in the contract award in 2022.
