Framework Agreement for Building & Construction Consultancy Services - Multi Lot. Pre-tender market engagement questionnaire. We are planning to renew our current Framework Agreement for Building & Construction Consultancy Services, with the new Framework Agreement starting in June 2027. The Framework will be available to any Public Body nationally.
