Tender description
Glasgow Building Preservation Trust invites responses from Conservation Accredited Architect led Design Teams, with Architect acting as Lead Consultant, Principal Designer (CDM 2015) and Contract Administrator, and will include (as a minimum) Structural Engineer, Building Services Engineer/Services Engineer (either in‑house or as named sub‑consultants), Fire Engineer and Access Consultant for the redevelopment of Whitevale Baths to create a welcoming, vibrant and inclusive hub for the Gallowgate community and a permanent home for children's charity PEEK. Lot 1: Glasgow Building Preservation Trust invites responses from Conservation Accredited Architect led Design Teams to provide Design Team Services (RIBA Stages 1 - 6) for the redevelopment of the Whitevale Baths to create a welcoming, vibrant and inclusive hub for the Gallowgate community and a permanent home for children's charity PEEK Project.
