Tender description

Early Years – the Organisation for Young Children invites tenders for the provision of marketing services in relation to the Northern Ireland Childcare Subsidy Scheme (NICSS). The Northern Ireland Childcare Subsidy Scheme is a Department of Education initiative designed to reduce childcare costs for eligible working parents. The successful supplier will support the development and delivery of integrated marketing activity to increase awareness and participation among providers, parents and schools across Northern Ireland. Expression of Interest and Tender Process: Procurement documents are available on request. Interested suppliers must register their Expression of Interest by requesting the tender pack via email to tenders@early-years.org . Tender submissions must also be submitted by email to this address. Clarifications: Clarification queries must be submitted by email to tenders@early-years.org no later than 20 April 2026 at 12:00. Responses will be issued to all suppliers who have requested the tender documentation. This contract relates to services delivered in Northern Ireland.
