not applicable at this time Lot 1: 12 months extension of the Framework Agreement for the provision of National Collaborative Framework for Adults (18+) in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Care Homes & Care Homes with Nursing for the National Health Service and Local Authorities in Wales for a twelve (12) month period from 31st March 2026 to 31st March 2027. Please note that this Framework Agreement is subject to the Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025. The modification of the framework agreement is being undertake in line with Regulation 13(4)(d).
