Tender description
Liverpool City Council is seeking an experienced Improvement Partner to support Liverpool City Council’s Children and Young People’s Services. The aim is to deliver sustainable transformation, improve outcomes for children and families, and support the Council’s ambition to achieve a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating. The Improvement Partner will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable improvements. The improvement partner is expected to become deeply embedded within the organisation, building strong, trusted relationships not only across council teams but also with key external stakeholders. These include NHS partners, care market providers and commissioners, investors, the Department for Education, and critically, elected members and Cabinet.
