Tender description

This is the Discovery and Design Phase of the project. This is a key part of the project lifecycle, and sets the foundation for successful delivery through the following activities:- • PCC will conduct stakeholder engagement; Delt will review and align outputs. • Review and consolidation of PCC-produced requirements, plus addition of Delt standardised technical, security, and compliance requirements • Clarification of objectives • Market engagement by procurement via G-Cloud • Full procurement process for a new PM system (which will include reuse of some of the Delt produced documentation where applicable. • Selection of suppliers • Securities assessment of chosen supplier (if appropriate). • Production of a design proposal detailing the schedule and costs and effort to design the solution based on the supplier (if no design is required then a delivery proposal will be produced covering implementation costs). Delt is also completing the purchase and implementation of a new PMP system, which is due to start delivery of the selected product.
