Tender description

Design & Technical Services are looking to procure a multi-disciplinary design team to deliver the town centre school project. This procurement would look to appoint a team for the entire project, with the option to terminate or pause at each RIBA stage written into the contract. Funding has been secured from the Greater Manchester Combined Authority to deliver RIBA Stage 2. Disciplines the team would be looking to appoint are: architect with experience of delivering educational projects, MEP, Principal Designer (both CDM & BR) and Structural Engineer.
