Tender description

An Arts & Health programme (visual arts and crafts/mixed media programme) will be offered to patients who regularly present at GP surgeries in Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire living with a chronic condition and/or pain, social isolation and mental health difficulties as a result of circumstances/condition to improve health and wellbeing. The project will be delivered by an experienced arts organisation/s with a track record of delivering high quality arts provision to improve Lot 4: Lot 4 - Carmarthenshire B This is a Provider Selection Regime Wales (PSR Wales) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the Competitive Process Competitive Process confirmation of contract award notice, for the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not represent a modification of contract.
