Adult Pathway Services Phase 1

Tender description

The Adult Pathway caters for vulnerable single homeless people and contributes directly to the Council's ambitions by being a key resource for preventing homelessness and reducing rough sleeping and by providing a safe place to access support that addresses their needs. The support provided helps people to get on a pathway to a sustainable home by enabling access to services they need in ways that work for them. By providing accommodation for homeless single people, the Pathway reduces the need for increasingly difficult to procure expensive statutory (and unsupported) Temporary Accommodation, and for reactive, intensive public services such as A&E, Police or Adult Social Care services. ## Contract award Title: Lot 1.
