Tender description
To have an experienced Design and Fit Out contractor who will looking to work with the Library service to develop a final design for the Ely Library and once agreed, execute the design by delivering the fit out within the specify timeframe/scale. Contract term will be 6 months with an option for 6 month extension. a 12 month defect period will operate following final handover.
