Manx Utilities (MU), on behalf of Manx Cable Company Limited (MCC), is assessing the level of market interest, capability, and potential commercial models for the provision of dark fibre services between the Isle of Man and England, utilising state-owned fibre.<br />This RFI is issued for market-testing and information gathering purposes only. It does not initiate a procurement process and does not constitute a call for competition.
