Quick Quote Provision of a National AI Office Website

Government Technology Services, on behalf of the Isle of Man Government Department for Enterprise, wish to appoint a suitably experienced supplier to deliver the National AI Office (NAIO) website, an authoritative and trusted platform supporting national coordination, policy development, and engagement on artificial intelligence.<br /><br />The NAIO website must clearly communicate the role, remit, and activities of the National AI Office, providing transparent and accessible information for government, industry, academia, and the wider public. It should support publication of policy, guidance, reports, and updates, alongside structured engagement and enquiry pathways.<br /><br />The solution must be delivered using an enterprise-grade, secure platform architecture aligned with Isle of Man Government standards. The architecture should support long-term sustainability, accessibility, and performance, and allow the NAIO website to operate independently, including the ability to be transferred or hosted separately in future without redevelopment.<br /><br />The attached documents consist of:<br /><br />- Portal - Doc 1 - GTS-1259 QUICK QUOTE NAIO Website Final.docx.<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 27th March 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 3rd April 2026, and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above-mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
