Tender description
The works related to the construction of a passenger lift to serve 3-storey's of an existing hotel from basement level to first floor levels. The works require excavation and under-pinning at basement level, existing floor demolitions at ground, first and roof levels. Additional works include the demolition and re-construction of bedrooms at first floor level to provide accessible bedrooms and associated en-suites. An existing public bar counter and bar store are required to be demolished and reconstructed at different location within the hotel function room. The works require alterations to the existing electrical and plumbing installations and also to the existing Fire Detection and Alarm installation
