The service converts ambulance conveyances to a Primary Care visit with considerable savings from reduced conveyances and ED attendances and potential admissions. Lot 1: NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Cheshire West Place intend to award a 1 year contract via Direct Award C to incumbent provider to deliver Acute Visiting and Wellbeing Service in Cheshire West. The contract will start on the 1st of April 2026, expire on 31st March 2027 and has an annual contract value of £425,948.17. The contract value is not guaranteed and payment will be made based on activity undertaken/cost per case tariff.
