Technical Expertise in FLOW Contribute specialist knowledge to shape the FLOW scheme design, competition framework, assessment criteria, and guidance documentation. Provide robust technical input to ensure the scheme reflects best practice. Strategic Design Support Assist the design team in developing a funding distribution model and other critical elements of scheme architecture. Offer strategic advice to optimise scheme objectives, drive cost efficiency, and maximise impact across the UK offshore wind sector.
