Quick Quote - Maintenance of Sulby Bridge - Blast Cleaning and Painting

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to carry out maintenance works on Sulby Bridge for the Department of Infrastructure to be carried out between June and August 2026.<br /><br />The works will include blast cleaning of the primary and secondary beams, painting the beams and repointing of all cracks and holes in the concrete abutments and the removal of vegetation.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Doc 1 Evaluation Criteria<br />- Doc 2 Certificate of Non Collusion<br />- Doc 3 Financial Regulations Declaration<br />- Doc 4 Schedule of Confidential Information<br />- Enc 1 NEC4 Short Contract <br />- Enc 2 Drawing HW3468-100<br />- Enc 3 Paint Specification for Steel<br />- Enc 4 Pre-tender Health and Safety Plan<br />- Enc 5 Designers Risk Assessment<br />- Data Sheets Folder<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 18th March 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 1st April 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason.
