Position Paper: To present; positive market proposition/context setting, progress since multi-port strategy statement published, sequencing and any inter-dependencies of port development activities based on current/proposed business planning activities, case studies etc. In-Person Workshop: Chaired by a senior industry figure and with political representation where possible. High-Level Investment Case that sets out a clear solution to unlock the £1.8bn into the region’s ports, based on definitive demand signals that establishes a clear strategic and political ambition for the region's ports. Political Engagement: Identifying, and working with, key parliamentarians to ensure early support and the correct conduits to ministerial level.
