Tender description
The work consists of undertaking the design and install of a new mechanical suited lock system across LJMU’s estate, starting initially in 2026 with the Redmond’s and Cherie Booth Buildings. Buildings will continue to be occupied for the duration of the work, access for a selected number of work vehicles will be permitted to the site.
