Tender description

WYCA provide smart ticketing services within their area and already have in place a network of 20 TVM’s provided under contract with their current Supplier. The brand used for these TVMs and the wider smart scheme is MCard. This Mini-Competition is seeking to combine the purchase and maintenance of 3 new TVMs to be installed within Leeds Bus station, with a requirement to take over the Maintenance and Gateway Services work of the existing 20 MCard TVM’s from June 22 onwards for a period of up to 5 years. It is the requirement to take on the additional TVM Maintenance and Gateway Services, and the desire for WYCA to use their own Contract Terms and Conditions for the Contract that makes this an eligible Mini Competition under Section 5.8 of the Framework.
