Tender description
TU Dublin requires an externally hosted facilities management system (CAFM) on which we can log maintenance calls, both reactive and schedule preventative, against the hard and soft services associated with our building stock. The system will also need to be capable of issuing electronic work orders to both internal operatives and external third-party contractors.
