Tender description
The work consists of undertaking external remedial works to a section of the John Foster Building, to help with the upkeep of the building thus preventing maintenance issues the building is currently suffering from. The building will continue to be occupied for the duration of the work, access for a selected number of work vehicles will be permitted to the site. <br /><br />• Undertaking external remedial works to a section of the John Foster Building. Works include, but are not limited to, replacing roof tiles, replacing rainwater goods, repairing and decorating windows, cleaning brickwork.
