Supply of Promotional Merchandise

Nottingham Trent University’s Marketing Department is seeking to appoint a Supplier to source, brand and deliver a range of pre-approved sustainable promotional merchandise items. The merchandise shall be of high quality and sustainable, ensuring fit for purpose with the correct NTU branding to be used by both internal and external audiences. The Supplier shall be expected to provide a suite of pre-approved and ready-to-purchase merchandise items that is cost effective, sustainable, and where required available to be branded and delivered at short lead times. The Supplier will be expected to work with the University to create a secure online purchasing portal, allowing colleagues to select and pay for a series of the pre-approved merchandise items. The portal shall also have the capability for users to submit bespoke orders, where the Supplier shall adequately support the NTU stakeholder through the ordering process.
