Direct Award through the ESPO Estates Management Professional Services framework. The Project Consultant role requirement is to lead on a series of capital projects with a view to delivering the maximum number of affordable homes, working with the delivery teams, commissioned consultants as well as the PMO and Executive Directors: The four key projects are: • Existing programme of 40 sites at various RIBA stages • The Mace led RIBA stage 1 option appraisal work • Empty building review programme (40 buildings) • S106 purchases and buybacks (CHAPS programme) The role will be to: • Initiate an option appraisal on the 40 empty buildings to gauge the potential of each of these distinctive projects to deliver affordable residential homes. • Review the 40 existing projects to fully understand their: o Risk profile and % chance of delivery o Capital funding requirements o Financial performance and viability outturns o Spend profile and cashflow requirements o General programme viability • Manage the Mace led RIB Keywords: development
