Tender description
• Remove and discard any unwanted fixtures and fittings, shelving, ect. <br />• Make good damaged walls were necessary. <br />• Apply a stain block coat. <br />• Full redecoration to complete area using acrylic eggshell to walls and under coat and gloss to all pre-painted woodwork and metal framed windows and timber bulk head meeting the university’s specification. <br />• Clean/wipe down all self-finished surfaces. <br />• To remove redundant portable aircon unit and discard. Reglaze window or supply and install pattress and decorate to match. <br />• Supply and install Perspex panels to rear and side of sink (location and exact specification to follow)<br />
