Tender description

The University of York is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced ground surveying company to conduct seismic surveying on behalf of the University of York.<br /><br />Bidding Instructions - to access the tender documents, and process their tender, potential bidders are required to do the following steps: <br /><br />Step 1: download and complete the Mutual Confidentiality Agreement (a non disclosure agreement) which is available to download, and complete where indicated in yellow highlight.<br /><br />Step 2: sign and submit the Mutual Confidentiality Agreement by issuing through the portal's 'Correspondence' function as an attachment. <br /><br />Step 3: the University shall sign and return the Mutual Confidentiality Agreement and provide access to the invitation to tender (ITT) document pack. <br /><br />Step 4: Potential bidders may then respond to the ITT documents as instructed before the tender deadline. <br /><br />Should potential bidders have any questions they may ask them via the portal's 'Correspondence' function.<br /><br />Rob Allan<br />Procurement Category Manager<br /><br />
