Tender for the Upgrade and Extension of Existing Athletics Track at North Sligo Sports Complex, Grange, Co. Sligo.

Tender description

The Client requires the creation of a new 300m x 6 lane Athletics track with a 2 lane 100m extension to the hill area with tartan type finish which will include the excavation and regrading of existing hardcore track surface and creation of new track edge, the long jump area will also be installed as part of the works. The works will also include for the construction of disability access ramp and steps at the complex and boundary treatments as per drawings. Associated surface water drainage to connect to existing drainage, which will include the collection and integration of the existing subsurface drains which currently run underneath the adjoining soccer pitch. Installation of 1.1m High I-Bex Type Safe Top Type Fence around internal perimeter of track. Installation of new floodlighting and electrical ducting for other services around the site. Erection of Boundary Fencing and Hedging.
