Tender description

The system will be optimized for separation of biologics (purified or semi-purified antibodies and antibody drug conjugates), in addition to more complex mixtures of protein complexes (i.e. native cell lysates).The system will primarily used for (i) online analysis with coupling to an existing mass spectrometry system (quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry with electrospray system and trapped ion mobility separations), and, (ii) via offline fraction collection prior to bottom-up characterization via separate LC-MS/MS. The system will be used for characterization of samples associated with projects via the Future Medicines Institute at QUB.
