Queen’s wish to procure Ground Maintenance Equipment.<br /><br />The Contract is split into 2 Lots as follows:<br /><br />• Lot 1: Sports Pitch, 3 Unit, Ride on Cylinder Mower<br />• Lot 2: Tractor with Front Loader, Bucket and Pallet Forks, and Rear Counter Weight <br /><br />Economic Operators are invited to tender for Lot 1 and/or Lot 2. Lots will be evaluated independently and Queen’s reserves the right to award each Lot separately.<br /><br />Queen’s reserves the right to purchase parts and maintenance until the end of the Equipment’s life.<br /><br />Optional – Extended Warranty<br /><br />The Equipment shall include a mandatory 2-year full warranty period including breakdown callouts and annual maintenance service in line with manufacturer recommendations. <br />Where an optional extended warranty period is proposed, Queen’s reserves the right to purchase or not purchase an extended warranty for the Equipment. <br />This option to extend the warranty period shall be entirely at the discretion of Queen’s. The cost of the optional extended warranty period shall not form part of the price evaluation.<br /><br />Delivery<br /><br />The Equipment must be supplied, delivered and commissioned Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to the following:<br /><br />The Dub, Queen's Sport<br />Queen’s University Belfast<br />12 Upper Malone Rd<br />Belfast <br />Northern Ireland<br />BT9 5NA <br /><br />The Equipment for Lot 1: Sports Pitch, 3 Unit, Ride on Cylinder Mower, must be delivered and operational onsite no later than 6 weeks from the Purchase Order date.<br /><br />Lot 2 – Trade in for existing Tractor<br />Submissions for Lot 2: Tractor with Front Loader, Bucket and Pallet Forks, and Rear Counter Weight, are required to include a trade in discount for a Queen’s owned Renault Tractor, Model - 210 Pales, Year – 2000, Mailleux MX’FR Front loader with Forks and Bucket, 4911 hours.<br />Please refer to Appendix A for further information.
