This Framework is for the Supply and Delivery of Electronic Components, Tools & Associated Products to all Schools and Directorates within Queen’s University Belfast (Queen’s). These products will be for the general University and delivery will be required at various sites throughout the campus. For more information on the University’s sites, please click on the following campus map – Campus Map<br /><br />The Contractor will manage a basket of products which will be subject to change throughout the Contract Period. Therefore, the Contractor will be required to offer flexible proactive support to Queen’s. <br /><br />Queen’s wishes to establish a Framework with no more than three Contractors who will supply Electronic Components, Tools & Associated Products at competitive prices and work with requisitions to ensure that the most appropriate product is supplied to meet their needs.<br /><br />Call off from this framework agreement is by means of ranking, a mini competition or a request of a product by the staff member/student due to a specific technical quality for research continuity, the process for the three options are as follows:
