Tender description
Legal Advisory Advisory Services on the development of district heat delivery models or similar including the development of options appraisal/commercial modelling and accountancy and development of procurement sourcing strategy Lot 1: The Council wishes to determine the optimum delivery model and procurement sourcing strategy which should be adopted to unlock long-term heat network deployment at scale within the city. This includes establishing a wide programme of development work (the Programme) and the intention is to appoint a delivery partner (the Heat Network Delivery Partner).
