Homes England - Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO) Led Integrated Utility Framework

Tender description

Homes England requires the assessment, planning, design, delivery, ownership and maintenance of reliable utility infrastructure that meets the needs of diverse and complex small and large-scale residential led developments. To accelerate delivery, Homes England is seeking to create a framework to provide integrated power and water utility and services solutions to directly support the Agency’s pipeline of residential led development and regeneration projects, led by an Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO). There has already been a Prior Information Notice (PIN) published under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for this opportunity. The FTS notice reference is FTS 006939-2025 and the OCID number is ocds-h6vhtk-04e728. This notice and all subsequent notices will be issued under the Procurement Act 2023. The value stated in this notice is based on the value we would expect to spend with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) during the framework period. Therefore, the value that is spent with the IDNO providers throughout the framework period, may be lower. Please note this is a pipeline notice only and there is no further information at this time. A tender notice (UK4) will be issued on Find a Tender Service (the Government's Central Digital Platform) when the opportunity is launched.
