Grounds Maintenance, Arboriculture, Pest Control and Associated Estates Services

Tender description

UKAEA has a requirement for a single contract which covers the following main elements. - Grounds Maintenance - Tree Arboricultural works, which is classed as either Major or Minor, including surveying associated services contract. - Pest Control Services – Routine, Reactive and expert Pest Control advice - Associated Estates Services, which includes the following. - Landscape Architecture design for Hard and Soft landscaping. - Internal Planting - Yearly Ecology reports and advice on Biodiversity and Sustainability - Expertise for advice and reporting to UKAEA on achieving credits within the Campus boundary for Net Gain Banking. - Reinstatement and Planting schemes - Professional Jet Washing of Paths, Resin Areas, Footpaths, and other areas as required. - Winter Weather support with gritting services of roads, carparks, and pathways. - Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) and Football Pitch maintenance.
