Fire Door Inspections & Remedial Works

Tender description

This contract is for the Inspection, and the completion of Remedial works to Fire Doors, throughout the University of Derby sites (including Tutorial, Residential & our Theatre sites, as well as our HE Campuses). The successful Supplier will be required to Inspect all fire doors, in accordance with Statutory requirements, and our internal policies, and maintaining a log of all required actions. The supplier will be responsible for remedial works identified as part of the inspection process. In addition to remedial works, the University also has a programme in place to replace a number of doors on a site by site rolling basis, which the supplier will be responsible for delivering, as part of this contract. The tender process will follow the open procedure under the Public Procurement Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). Lot 1: The successful Supplier will be required to Inspect all fire doors, in accordance with Statutory requirements, and our internal policies, and maintaining a log of all required actions.
