The Riverside Group is reviewing how catering is provided in seven Extra Care schemes that we operate in London to ensure our residents enjoy high-quality, nutritious, and affordable meals. We would like to engage with catering providers to understand what is possible and how we can attract providers with the expertise and innovation that we’re looking for. Lot 1: We are reviewing how catering is provided in seven Extra Care schemes that we operate in London to ensure our residents enjoy high-quality, nutritious, and affordable meals. Currently, meals are prepared by an in-house team using a reheat model, with costs included in tenancy agreements. We are now exploring new ways to offer residents more choice by introducing alternative onsite catering services.We are seeking catering providers to deliver this service. This could be one provider managing all sites or several local providers taking on one or more sites. Each location has kitchen facilities, and some have potential to expand services to the wider community. Fresh meals could also be prepared at one site and delivered to others.
