Tender description

SCAPE, on behalf of Arc Partnership (the Client), have set up a new Contract for the cleaning of temporary site and welfare accommodation, buildings and windows across various locations within the Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire areas. The Contract covers all elements of the Client's business. The NEC4 Term Service Short Contract is used to manage the Client and Supplier relationship. Lot 1: Cleaning Solutions. Full details of the requirements for this Contract were available within the procurement documents. The minimum insurance requirements were: £5,000,000.00 Employer's Liability Insurance and £1,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance. The value of this contract was anticipated to be £540,000 over 6 years, or £90,000 per annum. The initial contract is for the period of 2 years with the options to extend for 2 further periods of 2 years (2 + 2 + 2 = 6). These figures were based on historic spend, known future pipelines and contingency sums. The annual turnover requirement was £90,000. The start date of the framework is the 24th of February 2025.
