25/001 Provision of Engineering Consultancy Services

Tender description

"The Contracting Entity wishes to appoint a framework of service providers whose responsibilities include, but not limited to, the provision of Engineering Consultancy services for Facilities and Property Management including engineering design, civil/structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire safety, environmental, procurement, planning, energy, building services, quantity surveying and project management of the Uisce Eireann Building portfolio. UÉ currently has a building estate currently comprising of 9 office buildings nationally, 1 laboratory and several operation centres ranging in size from 250 square metres to 5,000 square metres. This portfolio is growing as part of the UÉ transformation programme being undertaken by UÉ.
