This VEAT notice is to advise the intention to award a contract term for a three year period to meet Glasgow Life's requirement for a creative organisation to work closely with the Celtic Connections team to develop this high-profile project. Glasgow Life intend to award this under Regulations 6.(1)(b)(i) of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 Lot 1: The delivery of Showcase Scotland is a unique event where the supplier with the credentials and experience to create, plan and deliver a programme for the event. Under Regulations 6.(1)(b)(i) of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 to be used as justification for award and demonstrate compliance with regulated thresholds.
