Tender description

North Yorkshire Council (the Council) have previously issued an invitation to tender to procure a supplier with a successful track record of delivering Bikeability Cycle Training, an Active Travel England funded training programme for school children in England. Unfortunately, the Council received no tender responses, and we are interested to understand from prospective suppliers why this was the case, and in what ways the Council could make the opportunity more attractive for suppliers to increase the likelihood of responses were the opportunity to be procured again. Suppliers can access the request for information by accessing Yortender: https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER And search under 'Current Opportunities' for quote/tender ID: 95938.
