Tender description

The crisis overnight support service is an online crisis line/support service for children and young people experiencing a mental health crisis in West Yorkshire. Lot 1: The Contract Authority; NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The authority is publishing this notice in Find a Tender in accordance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime. This service is an online crisis line/support service for children and young people experiencing a mental health crisis in West Yorkshire. The service provides direct access to assistance including advice and triage, brief assessment and stabilisation, practical and emotional support and signposting to other services if required. Total Value - £480,000 Contract Term – 1st April 2025 – 31st March 2027
