Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea are preparing for Market Engagement for our upcoming recommissioning of our Older People's Community Services with transport. https://forms.office.com/e/r84Lq8tFsa This short survey aims to gather insights into the market, to identify any challenges, and determine the considerations necessary for the future services to adequately meet the needs of older people and carers, as well as service providers. This survey will also help us shape our requirements, vision, and approach for potential bidders ahead of more formal market engagement events in the near future. During our formal market engagement we will aim to cover more technical procurement issues such as our evaluation criteria, and the process for applying.
